Steelers Dethrone The Kings in Dauphin

The Selkirk Steelers completed game 2 of a 2 games in 2 nights road trip on Thursday. 1st period, on the powerplay, Connor Barley pots his 30th of the season to put the Steelers up 1-0 heading into the second. After a Dauphin goal in the second, Nico Labossiere and Shanan McFadden add goals of their own to take back the lead, 3-1 heading into the final frame.

In the third, Ryan Gardiner scores on the powerplay to solidify the win 4-1. Zachary Bennett got the win between the pipes making 39 saves on 40 shots. With the win, the Steelers jump to 4th place in the standings with 48 points on the season.
