Tonight the Steelers were hosted by Virden, in a game that looked fairly similar to Game 1.
Started out as a very evenly matched game, but ended quite differently.
Steelers were first to get on the board with a goal by Blake Burr (ASST: Will Middleton and Colby Dudek), penalties would quickly become a factor and demise of the win for this game
Virden Oil Capitals would take the W and Series lead 2 – 0
Zach Bennett was in net for this competition for the Steelers and saved 22 of 27 shots on net.
