Steelers loss streak continues

Selkirk was looking to break the losing weight they had on their shoulders over the last few games.

Steelers came out battle ready; playing a solid defensive game against the Blues, however, it was the Blues who struck the scoreboard first.

During the second period, it would be the Steelers to strike and knot the game at 1 – 1.  Midway through the second period, the Blues would go ahead by 2 -1.

Third period was very much a back and forth game, Steelers began their chase to come back from the deficit, but were unable to do so and were struck with another loss, bringing their streak to a 4th  game after the Blues sunk an empty netter.

In net for the Steelers was Austin Deboer, 30 saves of 34 shots on net.
