Steelers heat up in Winnipeg

Selkirk Steelers, playing off of a one goal loss, were anything but easy on the Blues in this evenings match up.

Although the first period showed resemblance to the game previous to this, once the Steelers got on the scoreboard, they continued to plug the net of the Winnipeg Blues 5 more times.  The final score in this competition was a stapling 6 – 2 in favour of the Selkirk Steelers.

Zach Bennett; returning to his place between the iron since the Showcase, stood against 28 of 30 shots taken at the Steelers net.
