Steelers let one slide to the Pistons

Selkirk Steelers, coming off of a win, were looking to start a string.

Midway through the first period, Steelers would strike first,  and would strike again minutes later.

It wouldn’t be until late in the first when the Pistons would put one in the net and would be the only team to hit the goal sheet in the second.

No goals would come for either team during the third, but an early game winner by the Pistons would bring an end to this competition.

Steelers goals by; Blake Burr ASST: Patrick Comeau, Jordan MacFarlane.  Colby Jaquet ASST: Keenan Allan, Tanner Pochipinski

Levi Mitchell, who was in net for the Steelers,  posted 48 saves of 51 shots on net.
